How to return an item to WILLOW
Willow prides itself on delivering exceptional quality in product and service. We hope you have had a wonderful experiences wearing our pieces.
IMPORTANT NOTE: For online or boutique purchases placed from 1 July 2016 onwards, we do not offer a change of mind return. This does not impact your statutory rights.
If your item is faulty, please contact our customer care team HERE to organise a free return.
As per your statutory rights, you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem.
This is when the item:
- Has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it
- Is unsafe
- Is significantly different from the sample or description
- Doesn’t do what we said it would do, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.
Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and we will compensate you for any drop in value.
If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement.
In addition to your statutory rights, for orders placed on or before 30 June 2016 we offer a change of mind returns policy.
- Please note customers are responsible for the cost of postage for all returns, with the exception of faulty items. if your item is faulty, please contact our customer care team to arrange a return in this instance.
